RV dump station is now $20 for non-guests. Have never stayed here but the place looks well-kept. Recommend using the entrance/exit on the east side of the property rather than the highway on the south entrance

We recently stayed here for a month with our family. This place is awesome. The staff is great, the park is clean. The pool is very nice and for us where we were at a very conveniently located along with the clean and nice laundry facility. The common area is the best one I have seen at any park we’ve stayed at so far. The space is huge, you can cook, there’s a public computer to use if you need to along with ping-pong table, pool table and other games for kids. We lover so much and we will definitely be back in the future! It is also very conveniently located for activities anywhere in the Tampa area.

We are looking for a house in Clearwater Florida but this place is by everything, the location is perfect, vary friendly people live here all year around, the pool is vary clean, I was thinking about living there all year around.

From day one nothing but complaints, it comes from the full time people that live here, management only goes by here say, and that’s final word, and corporate will not respond to anything, don’t have KIDS because the older women in the park will treat them like nothing, worse place to bring a family. We have only been here for 3 weeks. It’s not a 55 year older park and never has been but they think it’s was in the pass STAY AWAY, I PROMISE

Had a wonderful stay from mid June to mid October. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My four stars is no reflection on the company that runs this location, but the residents that stay there. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with a few of the men there who spread rumors about me. It was childish and disrespectful the things that were said to me and behind my back. It wasn't fair to me that I couldn't defend myself and my neighbors started treating me differently due to this. Lesson learned. Just be careful who you ask for help and try and do business with.

Pretty nice spot. The pool was great and they have a playground for the kids, dirty but my boy didn't mind. Most of the long term residents are nice, they even did a golf cart parade decorated for Christmas. One of our packages delivered to the office was taken by someone but the office put up a sign stating they would be reviewing the cameras to see who took that package. Next day it was returned to the mail room. Three days had passed between the taking and returning so we figured the sign did the trick. That is to say, be cautious about sending packages here (or go right as something is delivered) and the office staff was great in helping to recover our package. Good location to able to see a lot

Attended a concert and stayed one night at Clearwater RV Resort. We had an excellent experience. The check in process was quick. Office staff was friendly and professional. The campgrounds are well maintained, very clean and quite (some traffic noise but that can't be helped). Will definitely return when in the area! Thanks!

Our location was not very good! Tall weeds around the connections and coming from the neighbors yard, broken and cracked concrete patio with a board over a large hole. It had rained from the storm but some rock in the site like some of the others would be beneficial and that patio is dangerous especially at night!
